We serve a selection of real Ales - either on tap or bottled and also have a 'Guest' beer available from our local East Anglian suppliers such as 'Lacons', 'Woodfordes', 'Adnams' and Barsham breweries.
Alongside our regular spirits we also have a great selection of local Gins and can of course offer you a delicious Fever Tree tonic mixer, or try the local single malt Whisky.

Our pub is first recorded as a drinking house back in 1790 with William Hewitt as the very first landlord. By 1841 the pub was known as the 'Wilkes Head' eventually becoming the Horse & Groom, the name has been reinstated by current owner Gilly Foulds after a period as The Olive Branch
Tunstead is a relatively small village, yet as with many Norfolk villages our church St Marys is very large in comparison. Built around the 14th century is it well worth a visit. Nearby are the with the well known villages of Wroxham (home of the worlds largest village store..Roys) and Hoveton nestling on the nearby Broads.
